TV personality Park Na Rae has reportedly been the victim of a theft involving valuables worth tens of millions of KRW, and the police are said to be treating the case as an inside job.
According to a report by SPOTV News on April 9, the police investigating Park Na Rae's theft case have determined it to be an inside job and are proceeding with the investigation accordingly.
Park Na Rae discovered the loss of her valuables on April 7 and reported it to the police the following day, on the 8th. The missing items include high-value goods such as jewelry, with damages estimated in the tens of millions of KRW. However, due to difficulty determining the exact time and scale of the theft, further details are expected to emerge through the police investigation.
The police, who are currently investigating the case following Park Na Rae’s report, believe it to be an inside job as there were no signs of external intrusion, and they are said to be intensifying their investigation.
Due to the shock from the incident, Park Na Rae canceled her scheduled appearance on MBC Radio Standard FM’s 'Son Tae Jin’s Trot Radio' on the 8th.
Until recently, Park Na Rae had been sharing her daily life at her home in Itaewon, Seoul, through the show 'I Live Alone.' Her house, a detached home, drew attention when she purchased it at auction in 2021 for 5.511 billion KRW (~3.7 million USD), after it was appraised at 6.09 billion KRW (~4.13 million USD).
