RIIZE’s Sohee will be stepping down as the MC of Mnet’s music show M Countdown.
Since January of last year, Sohee has been recognized for his exceptional hosting skills and quick wit, co-hosting M Countdown alongside BOYNEXTDOOR’s Myung Jaehyun and ZEROBASEONE’s Sung Hanbin. The trio, known as Shine Mongtocat for their strong and cheerful chemistry, was well-loved by global viewers.
Sohee will be leaving his MC role to focus more on RIIZE’s group activities. His final broadcast will be on the 27th, where he is expected to share his thoughts and feelings about stepping down after holding the MC position for approximately one year and one month.
As the main vocalist of K-pop’s top-tier group RIIZE, Sohee continues to receive immense love from both domestic and international fans. He has also gained attention for his shy yet charming personality on various entertainment programs.
