Former FIFTY FIFTY members have announced they will take strong legal action in response to the spread of false information.
On the 25th, MASSIVE E&C released an official statement saying, “Our artists Aran, Saena, and Sio have recently been subjected to continuous negative reports based on baseless claims and unverified information.”
The agency added, “Despite the ongoing litigation, negative issues that are not aligned with the facts are being spread through multiple media outlets. These one-sided claims are being reproduced across various platforms such as YouTube, seriously damaging the reputation of the three artists.”
The statement concluded by affirming the agency’s intent to respond strongly to any unfair actions or false information targeting the artists.
Previously, former FIFTY FIFTY members Sio, Aran, and Saena filed a lawsuit against their former agency, ATTRAKT, seeking a large sum in unpaid settlements.
Meanwhile, NSE&M (formerly IOK Company) recently established the label MASSIVE E&C and signed exclusive contracts with the three former FIFTY FIFTY members. Under this new contract, Saena, Aran, and Sio will continue their careers as part of a new global idol group with MASSIVE E&C.
