On January 17 KST, DoubleH TNE unveiled a teaser image for INFINITE's Sunggyu's upcoming remake digital single project, "I'm Sorry, I Hate You." The image has already garnered considerable attention for its retro-inspired design. Notably, it features a wall calendar highlighting Saturday, January 20 as the release date for the new song.

The teaser image, adorned with phrases related to the new song, including Sunggyu's name, the song title 'I'm Sorry, I Hate You,' and the original artist of the track 'Jaurim (紫雨林),' exudes analog charm, building anticipation for the upcoming release.

Sunggyu's remake digital single project is set to unveil three songs on January 20, 27, and February 2. "I'm Sorry, I Hate You" serves as the opening act for this musical journey. Originally featured on Jaurim's second album in 1998, the song is known for its lyrical ambiance—a tune Sunggyu has cherished since his youth. With his sweet voice and delicate vocal skills, Kim Sunggyu plans to reinterpret the song, infusing it with his unique emotions. Listeners worldwide are eagerly awaiting the release, anticipating how Kim Sunggyu's rendition will preserve the original's distinctive atmosphere while adding his own color and arrangement.

The first song from Kim Sunggyu's remake digital single project, "I'm Sorry, I Hate You," is scheduled for release on various music platforms at 6 PM on January 20 KST.
