K-netizens presume Seunghan has been permanently removed from RIIZE

AKP STAFF

K-netizens are speculating that Seunghan has been permanently removed from the group RIIZE.

Seunghan found himself entangled in a string of controversies related to his personal life since his debut. The initial uproar ensued when online leaks revealed past photos of Seunghan visiting a hotel with his then-girlfriend.

Subsequently, after the hotel scandal, Seunghan faced renewed criticism when a private social media live-streaming video and footage of the idol smoking on the streets were also leaked, further adding to the controversies surrounding him.

Due to the series of controversies, SM Entertainment ultimately announced that Seunghan would be taking an indefinite hiatus from group activities.

Now, netizens are speculating that Seunghan has been removed from the group after discovering that his name has been removed from various RIIZE content.

One netizen pointed out that Seunghan has been edited out from the group's content and also has been removed from the opening and ending in their own content.

K-netizens responded, "There are a ton of idols with clean private life even if they've been exposed. It's the consequence he brought onto himself," "Sometimes, I feel like he's deserved it but sometimes, I feel being an idol is an extreme job," "He has no choice but to leave (the group) if fans don't even like him," "An idol's image is the most important... so he should've lived a good life," "That's disappointing," "SM also has to think about this. He was causing harm to the whole group so there was no reason for them to keep him. It's not like they have years under their belt. He was a rookie who was constantly causing trouble so it was an expected outcome no? The fans don't want to spend money on him so I don't know why the people who don't even spend money on them are causing a fuss," "He wasn't just any trainee, he was part of SM Rookies and still couldn't manage his private life. So in the company's stance, there's no benefit in keeping him. I think his own fault is the biggest," and "This is what you call digging your own grave."

So the hater got their wish, they destroyed the career of a kid who did nothing worse than being a teenager. I hope SM go after them for defamation, even if they did publish an apology and delete the account, they should be in trouble for what they've done. I'm assuming Seunghan knows who it is, because there would have only been a few allowed to be in that private stream, or who had access to the photos.

.

I hope one day all these Knetz get a private set of photos or videos leaked onto the net, they'll never have the same level of fame, but perhaps they'll have a similar feeling. Even better if they get something really embarrassing leaked to their employers and work colleagues.

.

Everyone has something they'd rather didn't go public, I hope next time, it's them.

This is fucked up, imo. kpop companies need to realise they're not just promoting to a Korean audience anymore; they have a vast international fan base. What's the point of targeting global audiences if all you care is what the Korean fans are going to say? The majority of his international fans saw he was just a teen being a teen, is that really cause for his removal? I wonder why companies don't give a shit ab the opinions of international fans.
