In light of the latest scandal involving actor Park Si Hoo and his acquaintance 'Hwang', a woman who was mentioned in the text messages allegedly exchanged between the two men has come forward to deny her involvement.
Earlier on August 5 KST, a social media influencer known as 'A' accused Park Si Hoo of sending information about women offering romantic services for a fee to 'Hwang', although 'Hwang' was married to 'A' at the time. According to 'A', Park Si Hoo was a "big reason" for the couple's divorce.
In the text messages allegedly exchanged between 'Hwang' and Park Si Hoo, 'Hwang' was seen sending a screen shot of a woman's SNS post. Why 'Hwang' sent Park Si Hoo the screen shot remains unknown.
When the scandal became a big issue, the woman whose SNS post was shared by 'Hwang' personally appeared and left a comment under the initial accusation post.
The woman said, "I have never once met any of the people mentioned in this post. Using my photo without permission and spreading false rumors about me constitutes a clear account of defamation. Because of this post, I've become involved in unwarranted misunderstandings and have been subject to harm. I've obtained evidence of the harm done against me, and if my photos are not deleted and the false rumors not corrected immediately, I will pursue legal action."
Meanwhile, Park Si Hoo has largely remained inactive from major broadcasts since 2020. Instead, he has been communicating with fans as a TikTok broadcaster.
