Former December member Yoon Hyuk has been arrested and indicted for fraud.
According to the Incheon District Prosecutors' Office on June 30, Yoon Hyuk has been arrested and indicted on the charges of violating the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Economic Crimes. The singer reportedly borrowed as much as tens of millions of Won from acquaintances, claiming to be using the funds for investments and disappearing without repaying the debut.
More than 20 people claim to have been victimized by Yoon Hyuk, and the total amount of fraud is known to be more than 1 billion Won ($756,453 USD). Among the victims are celebrities, management officials, fans, and even legal professionals who were close to Yoon Hyuk.
