Casting for the upcoming drama 'Day of Kidnapping' has been confirmed.
ENA's original drama 'Day of Kidnapping,' based on the novel of the same name, is scheduled to be broadcast in the second half of this year. 'Day of Kidnapping' is an emotional buddy thriller about a clumsy first-time kidnapper and an 11-year-old genius girl.
Yoon Kye Sang garnered attention by confirming his appearance early on as the clumsy and weak-minded kidnapper Kim Myung Jun. Kim Myung Jun is a father who chooses to get the money for his daughter's hospital fees by kidnaping an 11-year-old girl, and is then pursued as a murder suspect.
Park Seong Hun plays the role of Park Sang Yoon, a homicide detective who is chasing Kim Myung Jun. Possessing quick judgment and cool-headed analysis, he tracks down the kidnapping case and becomes entangled with Kim Myung Jun.
Yuna was chosen for the role of Choi Ro Hee, a genius girl who loses her memory. Choi Ro Hee, who has an unusually cynical and extraordinary brain, overcomes her crisis by forming a strange bond with her kidnapper, Kim Myung Jun.
'Day of Kidnapping' will be released sometime in 2023.
