Lee Jung Jae to star and co-produce 'Deliver Us From Evil' spin-off series 'Ray'

Lee Jung Jae is set to star in and co-produce the upcoming 'Deliver Us From Evil' spin-off series 'Ray'.

On August 25, Hive Media Corp., the production company behind 'Deliver Us from Evil', confirmed Lee Jung Jae is starring as the titular character 'Ray'. The series will follow villain Ray (Lee Jung Jae) as he seeks revenge on behalf of his murdered brother from 'Deliver Us from Evil'. The character of Ray received a lot of attention and love since the release of the film.

Alongside Lee Jung Jae, writer Kim Bo Tong of the 'D.P' series, director Shin Woo Seok of Dolphiners Films, director Hong Wong Chan of 'Deliver Us from Evil', cinematographer Hong Kyung Pyo of 'Deliver Us from Evil', 'Snowpiercer', and 'Parasite' are also joining the team.

'Ray' is scheduled to start pre-production in 2023.
