Park Bo Gum's first activity after returning from mandatory service will be as a host for the 'Baeksang Arts Awards'

Actor Park Bo Gum plans on resuming his activities very soon after completing his mandatory military service duties. 

Park Bo Gum, who enlisted as a member of the marine corps in August of 2020, is currently awaiting his complete discharge from his duties on April 30. The actor was in fact released from his base early on February 21 of this year for his final vacation leave, in light of COVID-19 prevention protocols. 

Now, according to the actor's agency Blossom Entertainment on April 29, "Park Bo Gum plans on greeting the public after his discharge through the upcoming 'Baeksang Arts Awards'." 

Park Bo Gum is slated to attend the '58th Baeksang Arts Awards' as a host once again this year, joined by Shin Dong Yup and Suzy. The trio has hosted the arts event since 2018, until in 2021 when Park Bo Gum was absent from his position due to his mandatory service duties. 

The '58th Baeksang Arts Awards' will take place next week on May 6 at 7 PM KST.
