Kim Se Jung will be appearing in a new drama!

According to official reports on March 25 KST, Kim Se Jung has confirmed her appearance as the female lead of SBS' upcoming drama, titled 'Today's Webtoon', a Korean remake of the 2016 Japanese drama series 'Sleepeeer Hit'. Meanwhile, actor Nam Yoon Soo is still in talks to star as the male lead of the drama. 

'Today's Webtoon' is a drama about a judo athlete who got a job in the webtoon editorial department, struggling to grow into a true webtoon editor. Kim Se Jung will play the role of On Ma Eum, the female protagonist in the drama, who got a job in the webtoon editorial department through high competition rates. She's a character that depicts an office worker living as an "icon of positivity" over numerous adversities.

Meanwhile, Kim Se Jung, who continues to receive a lot of compliments for her great acting performance, is currently playing the role of Shin Ha Ri in SBS's ongoing webtoon-based rom-com drama series 'A Business Proposal'. The drama recently broke its own highest viewer rating record.
