On August 28, the members of BTS ARMY were quick to notice that the recent post of BTS on its official Twitter featuring BTS Jin likewise showed BTS Jimin’s solo award and the fans felt nostalgic.

BTS Jin recently posted an adorable photo of him holding two Pink Bean plushies from the Maple Story and captioned it in Korean as “Seokjinie and Pink Bean”. Jin, in the said photo, is standing in front of what looks like a “Trophies and Awards Display Rack”.

The fans noticed that the allegedly solo award of Jimin is being displayed and the sight of it brought them some good memories back. A plaque allegedly awarded to Jimin for his exemplary fan dance was spotted.

BTS has been a recipient of countless awards both in South Korea and abroad. The group is acknowledged for their artistry and music. Individually, the members also received recognitions.

Jimin, on February 2019, received a Plaque of Appreciation from Kim Baek Bong Korean Fan Dance Conservation Society recognizing his outstanding performance of the traditional Korean fan dance at the 2018 Melon Music Awards.

Recently, Jimin’s fan dance is also featured in the Informational Campaign video by the Korean Cultural Center in China as a promotional content for Korean culture.

Both the mass media and fans regarded Jimin’s fan dance as iconic and truly memorable. As such, seeing the plaque recognizing it took them back to that special and unforgettable day. It has been said that Jimin has contributed in promoting and uplifting the aesthetic value of the Korean fan dance around the world.
