Looks like the very same charges presented previously, I personally will wait and see if a trial is forthcoming. Looks like the military authority has told the prosecution to make their move or lose their chance. Just my humble opinion. I also believe the "29 incidents of pandering prostitution" have been in the original charges, the prosecution nor police were under any obligation to reveal details, prior to trial.

I am so confused. For the prostitution thing, didn't the guy in Yuri Holdings already confessed to doing it, what's the point of all this? Are they refering to the Philippines party he had which again is super weak to begin with. Secondly, this is the second arrest warrant requested, the first was for 7 charges which was already known. I figure the only thing that would stick is the gambling and sharing of unsolicited photo which could be classified as sharing of pornographic material.

Lastly the embezzlement issue is really odd. He was charged for embezzlement of both Burning Sun and Monkey Museum but the Monkey Museum was already settled back a while with a fine because he had a reason to that and it was beneficial to both the employee and the company in the long run. Burning Sun is really confusing tho as he is not a director in the club but a share holder (very small) I believe around 8%. Can they hurry up and make a verdict at this point because the longer they wait, the more they keep dragging his name in the mud. If you go through all the trouble and still don't find anything substantial, there will be a very long legal battle in the future.

On a completely unrelated side note: Imagine going to a party as a friend of the host, looking all pretty and stuff, only to be called a "prostitute" because of the status of the host.
