well she could of just done a quick thank you, and made the thank you more fan centered like thanked the fans more , then she wouldn't of gotten hate, its called having common sense your agency just lost both its founders due to some pretty awful allegations, shes lucky they didn't boycott her performance, sitting there thanking everyone in the company that people are upset with atm is not really the smartest thing she could of done..
