The production company behind Fantasy Boys’ music video has demanded payment of the remaining balance.
According to 815 VIDEO on August 25, the company was commissioned by Pocketdol Studio in April 2024 to produce the music video for FANTASY BOYS’ track "Pitter-Patter-Love."
The total production cost was 165 million KRW (approx. 120,000 USD). Of this, 71.5 million KRW was paid upfront, followed by an additional 15 million KRW. However, the remaining 78.5 million KRW has yet to be paid.
The production company filed a payment claim lawsuit in April 2025 and, in July of the same year, won the case at the Seoul Western District Court. Despite the court ruling, Pocketdol Studio has still not fulfilled the payment.
815 VIDEO stated, “As has already been reported in the media, Pocketdol Studio has been involved in similar disputes with multiple partners. We, too, have suffered serious damage, as we have been unable to pay partner companies that participated in the production due to the unpaid balance.”
