IZ*ONE's Jang Won Young revealed how she was scouted by her music label.
On the April 3rd episode of JTBC's 'Give Me a Meal', Jang Won Young shared the story of how she got into the entertainment industry, saying, "I went to my unni's graduation ceremony and was cast there." Fellow guest Block B's P.O. commented, "Because you're pretty. It's something I couldn't dream of." He later added, "You look like Jun Ji Hyun sunbaenim during her younger days."
Jang Won Young is currently under Off the Record and Starship Entertainment. She debuted as the center member of IZ*ONE after ranking in at #1 on the finale of 'Produce 48'.
This episode of 'Give Me a Meal' airs on April 3 at 11PM KST.
