Junhyung admits the KakaoTalk messages he had with Jung Joon Young are real, but he was not in the group chat

Highlight's Junhyung has admitted to one of the accusations.

His label said, "After the news was released and we checked with Junhyung, the KakaoTalk messages revealed was in a 1:1 message between Junhyung and Jung Joon Young. In 2016, when Jung Joon Young had his controversy, Junhyung asked Jung Joon Young what was going on. Jung Joon Young responded, 'I got caught filming and sending that video, lol,' and Junhyung responded, 'You got caught by that girl?'. We will be checking with SBS News on where they got the group KakaoTalk messages screenshot (that he was not in)."

Junhyung has been alleged to be part of a chatroom that Jung Joon Young sent illicit hidden camera videos to. However, Junhyung and the label have firmly denied that he was part of the group chatroom.

"I got caught filming and sending that video, lol"

This is really fucked up. The same artirts who claim to love and respect us do this kind of stuff to other women, I just can't help feeling heartbroken and confused by everything, I'm even starting to doubt my favorites...

Still, hope everyone from that chat come foward and face the consequences of their actions.

I wish the media would stick to reporting on the people who actually committed disgusting criminal acts instead of just trying to drag in as many celebrities as possible. It's not necessary and it distracts from the actual issues. (ps if I found out there was a scandal involving a friend of mine, I would obviously be texting them for details and clarification. I don't think the messages from Junhyung are particularly incriminating.)
