EXO celebrated their 14th debut anniversary by reflecting on their journey and expressing unwavering love for fans.
On April 8 KST, EXO shared anniversary messages through their official channels, looking back on their career while hinting at upcoming activities. Earlier this year, the group made a long awaited comeback with their eighth full length album ‘REVERXE,’ marking their return after two years and six months. The album became their eighth million seller and topped both domestic and global charts, while also earning five music show wins.
Leader Suho recalled, “I still remember the first day we filmed our music video,” while Chanyeol shared, “The debut showcase stage comes to mind first. I can’t believe it’s already been 14 years.” D.O. added, “Every year feels amazing and I’m grateful. Our recent concert will probably be the most memorable.”
Kai emphasized the importance of fans, saying, “Walking this journey together with EXO L means everything. The moments of making eye contact with fans on stage have built who we are today.” Sehun also expressed gratitude, adding, “Thank you to the members and fans who have been with us for 14 years. Let’s stay together until the end.”
EXO is set to meet fans at their sixth solo concert ‘EXO PLANET #6 - EXhOrizon,’ taking place from April 10 to 12 at KSPO DOME in Seoul. This marks their first concert in approximately six years and four months, raising excitement among both the members and fans.
Describing the concert, Suho called it “nostalgia,” explaining that their 14 year discography has been reinterpreted with a 2026 sensibility. Chanyeol chose the word “return,” D.O. described it as “memories,” and Kai highlighted it as a “reunion.” Sehun noted that the final day coincides with his birthday, making the event even more meaningful.
The members concluded with heartfelt messages to fans. “Thank you for loving us for so long. We’ll repay you with even greater love,” Suho said. Chanyeol promised to always give back, while D.O. wished fans good health. Kai expressed hope to create more moments together, and Sehun reaffirmed their bond with the phrase, “We are one.”
