On April 8 at midnight KST, South Korean singer HEYOON announced her return with a new mini-album.
Titled ‘seriously unserious,’ the mini-album marks her first project of 2026, following a standout year that further cemented her growing international presence.
Built around the carefree spirit of the mantra “Leave your brain at home and party,” ‘seriously unserious’ is expected to capture HEYOON’s playful energy and serves as an invitation for fans to join the party.
In 2024, HEYOON released the single “Pivot” featuring Armani White in collaboration with Universal Music Group Korea. This was followed by “ASAP” featuring Chris Patrick.
Her third single, “Addicted,” released in July 2025, saw her collaborating with renowned producer Dale Becker, known for his work with Billie Eilish and Doja Cat.
Before launching her solo career, HEYOON debuted in 2017 as a member of the global pop group Now United, created by music mogul Simon Fuller.
Meanwhile, ‘seriously unserious’ is slated for release on April 15 at midnight KST.
