Some fans want to shut down Dispatch.

Every year, media outlet Dispatch breaks top celebrity dating news on January 1. In 2019, the hot figures to make headlines are Black Pink's Jennie and EXO's Kai. The dating news came with photos of their secretive dates. 

Several hours following the news, SM Entertainment announced Kai and Jennie "have mutual feelings for each other." YG Entertainment remained silent but the official statement from Kai's agency was enough for fans to confirm Kai and Jennie are indeed a couple. 

Both netizens and fans gave mixed reactions - some showed support for the young stars, while some fired criticism. There are also a group of fans who are targeting Dispatch. These fans claim Dispatch violated celebrities' privacy and are demanding the shut down of the media outlet. 

A government petition with the title, 'Please shut down Dispatch which violates celebrities' privacy,' 'Demanding the shutdown of Dispatch,' 'Dispatch is violating privacy,' and more are being posted on the official The Blue House website.
