Jang Seung Jo might be joining the cast of the new tvNdrama 'Boyfriend'.
According to TV Report's exclusive news on October 10, Jang Seung Jo is playing the character named Jang Woo Suk; a chaebol family's son and the character Cha Soo Hyun (Song Hye Kyo)'s husband.
In response to the report, Jang Seung Jo's agency,NeosEntertainment, stated to Sports Today, "He's positively reviewing the offer for the tvN drama 'Boyfriend'." However, "Nothing is yet confirmed."
'Boyfriend' starring Song Hye Kyo and Park Bo Gum tellsthe story of a daughter-in-law who was never able to live the way she wanted to, always being told what to do in an upper-class, political family. One day, she meets a youth with an ordinary, happy life, and their worlds clash in a romantic, but sorrowful love story.
Meanwhile, Jang Seung Jo has been gaining much love for his outstanding performance in the recently ended drama 'Knowing Wife'.
