Reporters discussed the controversy and said, "Nilo's case is different from other artists such as EXID and Han Dong Geun who also soared up the charts. They had viral fan cams or (their music) spread by word of mouth and gradually climbed up the charts. However, Nilo went from #200 to #1 in just a week. Reporters are trying to analyze how this happened and Nilo says he has no clue."

MC Shin Hyun Joon also revealed, "'One Night of TV Entertainment' requested an official interview with Nilo's agency but we got rejected."
Another reporter commented, "Nilo's agency claims its a result of viral marketing but they need to provide a decent story along with the rankings. This is suspicious."
