On March 16, judge Choi Byung Chul�of Seoul Central District Court sentenced 22 years of penal servitude for Cho.�The 28-year-old has been charged with murder for the death of Mr. Ko.� His prison�sentence is heavier than the�15 years demanded by the prosecutor, as his�crime was deemed extremely cruel.�

In August 2017, Song Seon Mi's husband�Mr. Ko�was�found dead�at an office in Gangnam. The police announced Mr. Ko has been stabbed to death. The investigation revealed that Cho committed the murder at the request of Mr. Ko's cousin who promised 2 billion KRW (1.9 million USD).�
