On November 8, Taiwanese media outlets reported that actor Kai Ko Chen-Tung, who rose to fame through his role in movie 'You Are the Apple of My Eye', was spotted at Shanghai airport with a woman.

The Taiwanese media outlets stated that the woman captured with Kai Ko Chen-Tung was popular Korean model Irene Kim, and that "The two have been dating secretively, such as posting photos on SNS of Irene posing with a designer who is close friends with Kai Ko Chen-Tung."
Irene Kim's side has since stepped up to deny the dating rumors, refuting, "She has a group of friends from various foreign countries, and Kai Ko Chen-Tung is a member of that group."
