Boyfriend 'A' and cousin 'B' of 'S', who had accused Yoochun of sexually abusing her, had filed an appeal to their prison sentence. However, the court dismissed their appeal on the 26th, confirming their sentence. 'A' had been sentenced to a year and 6 months, while 'B' had been sentenced to 2 years and 6 months.
'S' had originally sued Yoochun for sexual assault but later cancelled her suit, and Yoochun had counter-sued 'S' as well as 'A' and 'B' for blackmail. 'S' had been sentenced to 2 years in jail while 'A' had been sentenced to 1 year and 6 months and 'B' had been sentenced to 2 year and 6 months. In the appeal, 'S' had her sentence decreased to 1 year and 8 months, and 'B' had reached an agreement on a part of his sentence and his sentence was decreased to 2 years. 'A's sentence remained the same.
