All 3 defendants that were sued by Yoochun for false accusations and blackmail have appealed their sentences.

'A', who had accused Yoochun of sexual assault, 'B', her boyfriend who blackmailed Yoochun, and 'C', her cousin who also participated in the blackmailing, all filed for an appeal starting on the 19th. 'A' submitted her appeal on the 19th, 'B' submitted his appeal on the 20th, and 'C' submitted his appeal on the 23rd.
All 3 had been found guilty of false accusations and blackmailing on the 17th. 'A' had been sentenced to 2 years in jail, 'B' had been sentenced to 1 year and 6 months in jail, and 'C' had been sentenced to 2 years and 6 months in jail. With the appeal now filed, it looks like this lawsuit will be dragged on for even longer.
