The�man who offered marijuana to Ga In�is free of all charges.�


Back in June, Ga In revealed she was offered marijuana by her (now ex) boyfriend's friend. Shortly after, the police announced they'll look into Ga In's accusations.�


On October 31, an official from the District Public Prosecutors office�in Seoul revealed, "Mr. Park (34) has been found innocent. A punishment for a simple marijuana offer does not exist. There's also no evidence proving he was involved in the illegal act."

As a result, the case has drawn to a close with the man free of all charges.�
