Former rhythmic gymnast Son Yeon Jae sat down with 'InStyle' magazine for an exclusive interview on her retirement and future plans.
When asked what she had been up to lately, Son Yeon Jae responded, "I've been focusing on my school life, taking the time to delight in some normal activities."
In regards to her retirement, she answered, "On the one hand, I think this is one of the advantages of being a rhythmic gymnast. How fun will it be to experience a totally different lifestyle in the years to come compared to my 20s?"
Still uncertain of which path she'll initially take, Son Yeon Jae said, "There are many things I want to do. Now I have a legit reason to look at things from a different perspective. I would like to take on various challenges from this learning process."
