On September 24, photos of soldiers in training are shared on the official blog of Korean marines. 
Among the group of new soldiers in training stands Akdong Musician's Chanhyuk. The singer-songwriter voluntarily enlisted in the marines for his mandatory service on September 18. He'll first be going through 7 weeks of training and then be placed in a base.

In the photos from the blog, Chanhyuk radiates fierce charisma dressed in the official uniform.
Netizens continue to praise Chanhyuk for his brave decision to serve as a marine, and commented, "It looks like still cuts from a movie'', "There's charisma that I didn't notice in him as a singer."
Chanhyuk will be getting discharged in 2019.
