'We Got Married' ends season with Jang Do Yeon-Choi Min Yong special

'We Got Married' wrapped up its season with a special dedicated to the Jang Do Yeon-Choi Min Young couple on the May 13 installment of the show.

As the newest couple to join the reality show as well as the oldest of the recent couples, Jang Do Yeon and Choi Min Yong's dynamic had viewers cheering on their relationship and wanting to see more. The special revealed unseen footage of the couple's life on Jeju Island as well as their final moments together.

Choi Min Yong expressed, "There's probably a lot more charms we haven't experienced in one another." Jang Do Yeon also had a handwritten letter for her onscreen husband, which read, "It's hard to believe and hard to accept, but I was your wife. Our short marriage was like a dream I didn't want to wake up from. I wanted to slowly repay you with my thankful heart, but our separation is here earlier than we expected."
