Sean and his wife Jung Hye Young are celebrating their 14th wedding anniversary!

The celebrity couple is known for being very much in love, and Sean has proved himself to be quite the romantic once again. On May 30, he wrote to Instagram, "It's you and only you. It's been 4617 days since we've been married, 4898 days since I proposed, and 6000 days since I met you and fell in love at first sight. Hye Young, I love you," along with the photos below.

Sean and Jung Hye Young were married in 2004 and have 4 children.
