His label Banana Entertainment has revealed that they will not be taking legal action against the netizen, saying, "The point of taking legal action is to reveal the truth, not to punish the netizen. The truth has already been revealed, so we decided not to take any legal action."

i'd been following him in facebook, instagram and afreecatv for 3 year now, and ican say that he is not the type to bully other people. the only thing that he does is he smokes cigarette, which i think is not a big deal and doesn't make him less of a person. His agency is also doing well on taking care of him. they even message me,politely asking me to delete his videos and pictures on my instagram, and i followed them. i just hope mnet will stop their bad editing of the show, they give too much screen time on other untalented trainees in the show. i just hope they give enough screen time for every single trainees.

Knowing mnet, that's not gonna happen any time soon

eottoke ravina_xD Thursday, April 13, 2017

yea i know. Their unfair editing can make or break the other trainees. look at park ji hoon. his wink made him popular and gained a lot of votes. what if there are other trainees who wink as well on the mv but it was not shown. and moon bok is taking all the screen time on the first episode, but it is also revealed that his grade is Fon the initial performance. i feel like they are using him for the ratings.

People really need to stop trying to end other people's dreams

Miawruu XV_Dream Thursday, April 13, 2017

Ikr.. Why antis n trolls is so desperate to ruined someone else dream. The most ridiculous, they hate with someone they even didnt know n because of that unreasonable hate they want to destroy celebs image n career.

XV_Dream Miawruu Thursday, April 13, 2017

Omg exactly my point

bangeryun94 XV_Dream Thursday, April 13, 2017

Some people are sick and can't stop themselves. Yongbin probably passed him in school hallway or on the street and didn't look at him and that set him off.

XV_Dream bangeryun94 Friday, April 14, 2017

Must have been triggered that he didnt notice him

coco_puffs Thursday, April 13, 2017

Honestly, the only thing done right in the industry is this. When will 'normal' people learn the difference between harrassment and taking a sh*t on someones lawn? 🤣

Dadgum_Joeson Thursday, April 13, 2017

It wasn't worth the legal fees.  Personally, I think the commenter should be fed to the bears.

bangeryun94 Dadgum_Joeson Thursday, April 13, 2017

There won't be any legal fees. All the agency has to do is file a complaint and the prosecutor takes care of the rest. I really wish that sites like this would stop using the words "sue and lawsuit." It's misleading. This is a criminal offense in Korea not a civil action.

kimmiefonze Thursday, April 13, 2017

He should have pursued the lawsuit. What that person posted was libelous, damaging to his image, damaging to his company's and the show's reputation. Without the people who testified for him, we would think he's an asshole who don't deserve a chance at fame. The person could've destroyed a bright future for him and with that he should be sued.

Seoulmama Thursday, April 13, 2017

Honestly all idols should take legal action regardless. That person was trying to ruin his career. Koreans are way too harsh when it comes to "scandals" and even false accusations can ruin someone's career.

Popview Thursday, April 13, 2017

Please show him alot of support on the show!!!
