However, another person by the name of Shin Yong Hyuk, who revealed his name as well as proof that he graduated with Yoon Yong Bin, came forward to say that Yoon Yong Bin had never done such a thing, and was always kind to everyone. Other classmates came forward to confirm that Yoon Yong Bin had never been a bully, and the original post was deleted.

His label Banana Entertainment has revealed that they will not be taking legal action against the netizen, saying, "The point of taking legal action is to reveal the truth, not to punish the netizen. The truth has already been revealed, so we decided not to take any legal action."
