Starring Joo Hyun Young as Da Kyung, a horror YouTuber desperate for views, the film follows her investigation into a series of unexplained disappearances at the eerie Gwangrim Station. As she delves deeper into the station’s dark secrets, she finds herself confronted with terrifying and bizarre events.
The trailer opens with Da Kyung asking, "Are the rumors about strange things happening here true?" This line sets the tone for a story filled with urban legends and supernatural suspense.
According to distributor NEW, the trailer teases eerie moments including, a vending machine that swallows people, grotesquely transformed hands, and a mysterious woman pursuing someone with an unknown liquid in hand. These disturbing visuals, combined with the fearful expressions of the characters, create an intense sense of dread that keeps viewers glued to the screen.
'Ghost Train' is scheduled to premiere on July 9.
