Z.HERA shows off the full extent of her charms in 'GIOAMI'

Singer and actress Z.HERA posed for 'GIOAMI' - and looked super good no matter the attire and concept. She dressed in the French romantic 'katiacho' for the shoot. 

She gave a beauty tip in the interview, saying, "I don't normally wear makeup often, so playing the innocent Soon Duk [in 'Scarlet Heart: Ryeo'] was comfortable and nice for me. The only thing is that my body is like a rubber band with [weight] fluctuating and I like eating, so that makes being a celebrity a bit hard. If I work out just a little, I get muscles, and if I don't work out and only eat, I immediately bloat like a balloon.

"If I'm vigilant for only a few days and then eat, the fat appears above my muscles, so I become a 'muscular pig.' I need to do aerobic exercises. I do running exercises for about an hour and a half at the gym everyday. I always like walking so I meet up with close colleagues and talk with them for two to three hours while walking, which is another way of exercising I know. Before sleeping,I do not forget to stretch."

On top of that, she talked about being a host of the '2016 MAMA.' She said, "As I've been chosen as a red carpet host for the '2016 MAMA' on December 2, I will be trying out a red carpet look. Since I need to wear a dress, I think I need to maintain [my figure] a bit more. Look forward to Soon Duk's surprise fashion."
