Brave Girls is another girl group to take to 'Makestar' for crowd-funding for a new album!

The girls have gathered 100% of the funds needed to produce a new album on October 11.  They've gathered about 10.7 million KRW (~ 10,000 USD) by today, meaning they've surpassed the 10,000,000 KRW required for a new album.

'Makestar's side stated, "The funding happened in not only Korea but also America, Canada, Germany, France, Japan, China, and more."

There are 50 days left for their crowd funding as fans can donate money until November 30.  In return, they could get special items like signed CDs and photo cards.  They could even get credit for the funding by having their name as a producer on the CD.  The girls also plan to have other special events like video calls, meals, and fan meetings with their fans.

A thank you video from Brave Girls for reaching 100%:

It's so sad, they are talented!

No offense but Brave Ent has way too much money to be legitimate in doing a crowdfunding. These are for companies that are having legitimate difficulties amassing funds to make a comeback. Doing a comeback for these girls make a dent in the money Brave Ent has honestly...

I actually like the concept of Kpop groups crowd funding their albums. The fans get new music and products, while hoping their group continues to gain more exposure with the public.

This is an interesting way to go about making a new album. Did their company not have enough funds to make a new album, or is this just to supplement the amount of money they already used to produce the album?

I bet Brave entertainment has enough money, but Brave Girls comebacks by themselves don't make much money so this way the girls can get more bacause their company doesn't need to pay the price for creating the new album :D

Thanks! That makes sense as to why they had to do it this way^^
