Gong Yoo thinks there could be a sequel for his hit movie 'Train to Busan'!

During a recent interview, Gong Yoo said, "I told director Yeon Sang Ho that my character Suk Woo is probably living somewhere as a zombie, but then the director told me that Suk Woo already died by breaking his neck when he jumped off the train."

SEE ALSO: Gong Yoo emits a classy vibe for China's edition of 'Harper's Bazaar'

With that in mind, Gong Yoo continued, "So then I recommended that the sequel is made from Ma Dong Seok's point of view since Ma Dong Seok's character is alive as a zombie."

What do you think of Gong Yoo's idea for 'Train to Busan 2'?

Why is Suk Woo dead? The other zombies, they fell from a helicopter up from the sky but still not dead. Whyyyyy? This is unfair.

The Sequel should center on the Kid and the Mom protecting her newborn baby, as some Zombies have managed to enter Busan unknowingly, and the Military defending the Civilians and Safeguarding the City. Gong Yoo could still appear as Flashbacks of the Kid, and has a Military Soldier brother (the Kid's uncle) stationed in Busan (that could be played by Song Joong Ki) whom, in some ways met them, and he could have more flashbacks of Gong Yoo's character of their early years (Probably Young Adulthood). The Kid, The Mother, and Song Joong Ki's Character could be the Main Protagonists, protecting her baby and meeting other characters throughout the film, and still has Tear-Jerking Sacrifices.Last Suggestion: In the End, Gong Yoo's Zombified Character could make a surprise appearance that would prompt Song Joong Ki's character to shoot him or not, and The Kid would cry, shouting "Dad!" that endangers the Civilians and the Baby, tertified by Song Joong Ki's character's hesitation to shoot Gong Yoo's zombified Character.

They should pair up with world war z. The zombies are the same so it would be so cool. T could be about how the kid becomes a warrior and helps brad spread the cure.

One interesting thing to observe is that there are MANY zombie movies, but each movie, the "infected zombie" has different characteristic,  In the movie "I am Legend" the zombies, (actually they never refer they as zombies), are more intelligent and seems to move in co-ordinate packs, but are afraid of sunlight like vampires. in "World War Z" the zombies are able to "detect" if the living human has a deadly virus and will not attack one with it, while some movies the zombies are unable to do complex task like turning a door knob to open the door, and only respond to sound. in some movies, the zombies can visually see the humans, while some the zombies are like "blind" and Only react to sound. Seems every one's idea of zombies is different. Chinese movies, the zombie (also called a "stiff corpse" is unable to bend their arms and legs and can only hop around), unlike the more agile ones in western movies can climb stairs and such.

And it seems that zombies with strong STRONG wills could probably be more intelligent than the average zombie, if you saw the movie and the last 15 minutes or so. Don't forget that some zombies can react to smell too, and... then there's Warm Bodies zombies who can turn back into humans somehow.

In "DayBreakers" the cause was a virus, and the humans didnt really turn into zombies but more like vampires, they still look like humans, dress and move around like them but need blood, and drive ard in special cars with dark windows and see the road using cameras, instead, because they cannot be exposed to light. in the show, the "vampires turned human" was able to change back to human also, though some of them, actually liked the feeling of being a vampire, as they are immortal and can live longer and dun age, and their "existing sickness" are gone when they are bitten and turned into vampires. I think some of these shows the script is not really well written and good. it makes the show too unbelieveable to watch. I miss the original Resident Evil storyline, The "Resident Evil" series got out of hand as they try to make the BOSS monster/zombie more and more powerful and the show got out of hand.

The sequel is World War Z

Winston Thursday, September 15, 2016

Also the show starting showed the deer also came to life after being hit by a truck, hence the virus is also capable of infecting animals other than humans, so i can imagine how many infected animals are also running around, dogs, cats, wildlife, and maybe even birds? so will the infected birds attack the human survivors from the air also?a Sequel is too hard to come up with since the story has to continue, and the odds are against the survivors, and the survivors will soon run out of food supplies as chickens, ducks, pigs and cows all will be infected and food supplies will run out, as farms are left unattended and the whole Food chain is destroyed as "animals" who eat vegetables may turn into cannivores biting each other for blood.Even if the Busan "defense" barrier is not penetrated, the lack of human supplies, medicine, food, and other necessities, fuel, power supply (power stations), and others who depend on a network of humans to provide, will be disrupted when the people working on such facilities, power plants, and such, become zombies.Realistically a Part 2 is not easy even if its made, the story line may not be attractive to be a blockbuster.

Ironically I watched the movie yesterday. The sequel should they have one will be about naturally other survivors finding a cure and maybe the ones not completely turned as well as finding a cure. They should maybe fast-forward to see if Suk Woo's daughter survives maybe she is a soldier.

Winston phoenix44444 Thursday, September 15, 2016

Realistically it is hard to have a cure, since those who are infected probably also have broken neck or other injuries from being bitten by others, and the cure may reserve the virus but will it bring back the humaity and the memories of the infected? And also the number of infected outnumbers the living by more than 1mil to 1 or even more, it will be impossible to try and spread the cure, since those who got cured will be attacked again by those who are not cured, unless those who got cured.

I expected a whole lot more from the was okay overall but it didn't really meet my expectation. I would give it a 6/10P.S: I watched the movie because the trailer reminded me so much of world war z, a movie I ABSOLUTELY LOVE <33

JaeKhayeCee Chillz Thursday, September 15, 2016

It wasn't the usual action-thriller zombie apocalypse survival movie. I think it focused more on human nature and the drama. Still great actually if you are looking for that.

badjainna Thursday, September 15, 2016

LOL, then why the zombies dropped from Heli still alive and running.   If their going to make a sequel it should be another story of survivor left in Seoul and journey to Busan OR ----- a Sequel to the FLU (2014) movie where the virus start, they thought they created an anti-virus from a little girl (spoiler) but instead it mutated into a more deadly virus and turned them into zombie then the start of PREQUEL of Train To Busan.  So I think a Prequel is better than a Sequel.

graceeunhye badjainna Thursday, September 15, 2016

Omggg THE FLU!!! When I see teaser of Train to Busan. Its really remind me to The Flu. not going to compare them because both are great, but The Flue has more potential for sequel... Tbh, I hope Train To Busan would had a happy ending like The Flu haha

beyondordinary badjainna Thursday, September 15, 2016
