Lee Jong Suk shows his support to close friends in 'Doctors'

Lee Jong Suk showed support for his close friends, Park Shin Hye, Yoon Kun Sang, and Lee Sung Kyung, by sending a snack cart to the set of their drama 'Doctors'!

On August 22, Lee Sung Kyung updated her Instagram with the news: "Lee Jong Suk treated us to a snack cart.  How exciting.  We were excited, so we became fillies," and showed a video in which they are super duper hyper, spinning around in circles while holding hands.  How cute?!

Meanwhile, Lee Jong Suk acted with Park Shin Hye and Yoon Kun Sang in 'Pinocchio' in the past and is under the same company as Lee Sung Kyung, YG Entertainment.
