ASTRO's no cell phone policy has put them in a sad reality.
During an interview with OSEN on July 22, the boys stated that they are unable to feel their popularity, meet their friends, or talk to their family. The reason they feel this way was because, "We don't have cell phones yet."

Cha Eun Woo elaborated, "I'm not able to talk with my family nowadays. I talk on the phone with my mom often, but I can't contact her frequently since I don't have a cell phone." He added, "I get worried."
However, ASTRO expressed joy on their rise in popularity as they said, "People notice us more now compared to our 1st album. Back then, no matter how much we roamed around, it was just like 'Are they celebrities?', but during this promotional period many people recognize us and sometimes we even found our songs playing when we entered a restaurant. It was surprising and it felt like a drama."
ASTRO are currently promoting their 2nd mini album 'Summer Vibes'.
