A final ruling on Kim Hyun Joong's case regarding him and his ex- girlfriend Choi has been announced.
Back in July of 2015, Kim Hyun Joong sued his ex-girlfriend for defamation of character, false accusation, fraud, extortion, and more. Then on June 23, various media outlets reported that Kim Hyun Joong lost his case against Choi due to lack of proof. As a result, the case is now closed with Choi innocent of all charges.
Meanwhile, Kim Hyun Joong and Choi have joint custodial rights over their child.
