We can now officially start calling Jellyfish Entertainment's girl group, Gugudan!
It seem that because of their unique, no frills group name, many fans are greatly curious to find out if there's a hidden meaning behind Gugudan, which literally means the multiplications table in Korean.

On June 17, Jellyfish explained, "Gugudan means that 9 girls with 9 different charms will present performances of hopes and dreams. They will approach the public with familiarity through their bright and pure charms."
Then Jellyfish continued to stir up curiosity as they added, "There is another hidden meaning behind the group name. The surprise will be revealed soon."
