How's Kwak Si Yang's first attempt at a historical piece through 'Witch Exemplar'?

How is actor Kwak Si Yang doing with his first historical piece through JTBC drama, 'Witch Exemplar'?

The production crew dropped still cuts of the actor from the early April filming on Jeju Island today, on April 22.  In the pictures, he looks handsome and tall with his manly features as he dons traditional outfits and pulls them off with flair.

The staff members were reportedly complimenting him a lot because of his stable acting despite this being his first period piece.  He paid special attention to the details.  He said, "As this is my first time trying the period genre, I am expectant, nervous, and excited.  I am filming in an enjoyable setting while mulling over and conversing with many staff members, including the director, about the production and the character Pung Yeon."

A drama rep stated, "Kwak Si Yang had perfectly been possessed by the character through his stabilized acting.  Pung Yeon's perfect charms was made even better by Kwak Si Yang's smooth charms . . ."

It first airs on May 13!
