According to legal circles on August 5, the date for arguing between former EXO member Luhan and agency SM Entertainment is coming up!

The first date for pleading is supposed to take place at the Seoul Central District Court on August 19. Previously, the two sides were told by the court to meet in order to try to reach an agreement regarding the nullification of contract as requested by Luhan (court-referred mediation). However, they've failed to find common ground regarding the issue, officially starting off the legal battle in court through the first plea date later this month.
