Most people wouldn't want to spend their birthdays alone, but it seems Kangnam spent it alone by choice!
On the March 27th airing of 'I Live Alone', Kangnam spent his birthday by himself at a restaurant and ate kal-guk-soo (wheat flour noodle soup). After he ordered his food, he received a text message from a friend saying happy birthday.
Kangnam explained why he spent the day alone. "If I invite friends on my birthday, they're going to bring presents. Then I have to buy presents for my friend's birthdays too, and I don't have money to buy presents... so I'm spending my birthday alone," he said.

For those that might not know, Kangnam's birthday was just earlier this week on March 23. Happy belated birthday to Kangnam and we hope he doesn't spend his next birthday alone again!
