Especially in comparison to the one made in 2013, there are definitely some notable differences, such as the expanding territory of girl groups like A Pink, Girl's Day, and AOA and the sizable shrinking of Girls' Generation's land.

One netizen posted the first picture below in which it looks like A Pink and Girls' Generation's popularities appear very similar while Girl's Day is quickly catching up. �In addition, IU, who is the only solo artist featured, is shown as slightly less popular than SISTAR, and AOA is catching up to f(x)'s popularity.

Another netizen seemed to have added onto this map with little islands and segments to feature lesser known idol groups and rookies like MAMAMOO, Rainbow, Lovelyz, SONAMOO, etc.
