Cha Seung Won has been hit with a lawsuit from a man who is claiming Cha No-Ah is actually his son.
Cha No-Ah's name is familiar already to many people, both because he is Cha Seung Won's son and because has gotten into some trouble late last year. According to Channel A, a man claimed to be Cha No-Ah's actual father, and sued Cha Seung Won and his wife for 100 million KRW (approximate 93,000 USD). Channel A reported that the man claimed Cha Seung Won had defamed his character by acting as if Cha No-Ah was his own son.

So far his label YG Entertainment has said nothing about the situation.
