Super Junior's Kyuhyun is the next celebrity to make a generous donation regarding the Sewol ferry accident.
A rep from Danwon High School, which had many of its students on the passenger ship for a field trip to Jeju Island, said on April 25, "Kyuhyun personally called Danwon High School and revealed his intentions to donate, giving us 25 million won (~ 24,000 USD)."

Kyuhyun did not disclose to others the fact that he donated, but rather did it quietly. Danwon High School is planning to use the donation for student welfare and activities.
Meanwhile, other idols who donated include MBLAQ's Lee Joon, miss A's Suzy, 2PM's Junho, and more.
