2NE1 weren't afraid to experiment and mix-and-match bold colors, prints, and textures with ethnic drums and out-of-this-world hairstyles. With all these eye-catching factors, it can be easy for the clothes to wear them, but they pulled it off with their charisma.

2NE1 touched upon their journey as a group, "Since we've been seeing each other everyday for almost ten years, rather than doing something special together, it feels like we're living life together."

Of course, they couldn't skip talking about their style. Dara shared, "We still don't have anything we consider taboo when it comes to style. We always want to try something new."

Minzy also shared that her love for dancing will surpass time, "Even when I become a grandmother, I want to dance with the heart I had when I was 21."

Being a hater and being offended are two different things. A hater would say, for example, they look bad or something. An offended person would say that they didn't like the fact that they are culturally appropriating. You're welcome.

okay I am African living in america. Some of you people causing trouble claiming you are defending blacks when you are just 2ne1 haters are making blacks look bad and you true Africans getting offended by this are embarrassing. Why is it offensive that a magazine and 2ne1 are appreciating our culture. How many people in this world think African culture is beautiful? yeah not many right. For my favorite group to show how amazing and beautiful my culture is... its amazing. ;I would have got offended if they where dress like savages and saying look Africans ;like how the media always sees us, but no look at 2ne1 and tell me what so ugly about it. and think before you comment because ;while you are trying to "defend" you are really making us seem close minded. ;

You can't tell people what they can and can't be offended by. You can speak for yourself, but if someone else is offended that is their own right to be.

British-African here, and I agree with your comment. There's nothing offensive about this shoot. Offensive is "blackface", but I'd rather keep that buried six feet under history. WE basically represent other cultures too by listening to K-pop, and eating things like spaghetti. So why should it be different when you want to try on clothes of other cultures?

@gholly4 what are you talking about. Where in my comment did I say they can't get offended ???? All I said is it is embarrassing because out of all the pictures representing Africans these pics are one of the few were it doesn't show us as savages or bare chested but people are offended by it. Secondly I found it embarrassing because while they are defending they are also putting another culture down, which makes us looks bad. If they want to get offended whatever but do it without being discriminative.

I'm not a 2ne1 fan but the bashing going on here is ridiculous. Do you really think they had any say in the theme for this shoot? They turned up, got told to put on some stuff and look pretty for the camera. If you really must criticize someone it would be the people in Vogue who created the theme for this shoot but It's really not that deep people!
