Actress Hwang Jung Eum will be making her comeback to the silver screen in the movie 'Pig-like Woman'.
Sidus HQ released information regarding the actress' new project on the 22nd.�'Pig-like Woman' takes place in a nearly abandoned fishing village that once was�renowned�for cutlass fish. The plot revolves around three women who are fighting over the last eligible�bachelor, Joon Seob (Lee Jong Hyuk), left in town.
Hwang Jung Eum has been cast as the lead female, Jae Hwa. Jae Hwa is a fishing village native who raises pigs in order to support her parents, who barely make a living, and her younger sister Jae Hyun. She, along with her two friends Mi Ja (Choi Yeo Jin) and Yoo Ja (Park Jin Joo), will battle each other for Joon Seob.
The actress will be making her comeback to the silver screen after two years. Fearlessly throwing away her cute, lovely image, Hwang Jung Eum has successfully become a tough, rural girl.
'Pig-like Woman' is currently being filmed and is expected to open in theaters next year.
