Fans were relieved to know that deceased actress Choi Jin Shil's children were growing up well and very happy.
A few days ago, her son Hwanhee (11) remarked on a SBS program that "I hope that we can live happily with my grandma this year, just like we did last year".
Choi Jin Shil's mother, Jung Ock Soon, told viewers, "Hwanhee is good at everything, including Math, English, and Science. He loves animals, and he plays well with his sister. They have such a good relationship. They're like Choi Jin Shil and Choi Jin Young when they were younger."
Choi Jin Shil's daughter Junhee (9) also said, "I hope that my grandma will be happy and healthy. I want to buy a house and live happily ever after with her."
Choi Jin Shil was one of Korea's top actresses and was even given the nickname, 'Korea's sweetheart'. Unfortunately, she took her own life on October 2nd, 2008. May she rest in peace.
