Singer Hwanhee is back with a dramatic new ballad called "I Feel Like I'm Going To Die". He's finally released the full MV for the song, which features acting from his cousin, Lee Jang Woo. The music video carries a lot of theatrics to better express the emotional trauma in the song. Lee Jang Woo seems to be haunted by the ghost of his memories and perhaps that drives him a little mad, leaving him to point a gun erratically at his ex-lover (...or at least his image of her).
